[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — installation delayed and no proper response from the act installation engineers

I enquired with act fibernet regarding new connection and they made me pay for 3 months in advance saying that installation will be done soon.

2 days later act technicians visited our home and were going around the locality looking for nearby servers.

They said they weren't able to find any servers nearby and will come back after 2 days.

I received call from one more act person who said they will be visiting the next day.

For more than a week, no one visited and the connection was not provided. When i tried calling back the technicians they aren't picking my call and are not responding.

I am very much in need of a internet connection since i am working from home and recenly got shifted to mathikere.

If it will not be possible to do installation they shouldn't have asked me to pay and i would have checked with any other service providers.

I am not happy with the kind of service that act fibernet provides.

I had to initiate a refund request, to gain their attention. And it worked finally. Two days after my refund request was in process, ACT technicians visited my house and completed the installation.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I do not understand, why did you even ask for my details here. It has been 3 days since I shared the info. No one from ACT has contacted me nor did any technicians visit my home for installation.

What is happening?
I have had a really worst experience with ACT Fibernet.

One advice for ACT Team. Both sales and technical team should work side by side. In your case, sales team is getting more leads than what the technical team can handle.

New connections need not be offered if you do not have sufficient man power to handle the case.

This is from my understanding, an important issue which you guys should work on to improve customer experience.

Thanks for giving me a bad experience. I have learnt from you guys.
