I am rajashekar s, on 2nd may 2020 i had an issue with my bill. I have called customer care more than 20-30 times, but problem was not solved. As per act fibernet, if we don't pay the bill within 15 days, the connection will get disconnected. My account got disconnected. After a few days, the problem was solved, but another problem was started. They provided me only 15-17 days o[censored]sage, but they have charged me the whole month bill. As covid issue, we have work from home, i booked another connection in the same broadband company. It's working properly and i do not have any issues. After a few days, i received a call from act fibernet, they told me that, there are going to solve the issue and make a new bill as per my usage, but there were no changes made. Past one month i am receiving calls from act fibernet, in that few people forced me to pay the bill. On 28th july 2020, i received a call from act fibernet. The person who called told me that they are going to clear my bill without any charges, but i should use there broadband. I explained to them everything that i am using a new connection in the same company. They agreed. They told me to activate my old account, then they will receive a new bill of 200 rupees, i have to clear it and give a call back to customer care to disconnection. But they have added 200 rupees to the old bill.
I want to pay the bill only for my fair usage. I request you to solve this problem. Please get me a solution.
