Hi

I am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 2 and half years with id :[protected].

Recently I shifted to a new place which is 3 km away and its a ground floor.
So I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes, Noone mentioned me regarding the shifting charges. its very shocking that the shifting amount charged (600 rupees) on the customer is really very high.

i have already taken the basic plan of 799 which i thought will be economical and affordable for and in any unavoidable circumstances is bearable, but the amount for shifting by itself is very high when compared to my monthly due am paying.

Kindly reason out why do you charge such large amount on the customers and why on the other hand when I have the modem in hand and when you just need to get me the connection alone on that locality and we pay monthly bill around that is bearable for us.
keeping such extra payload on us, i don't think it is appropriate.
If you really think that this amount is fair enough for the customers I expect a proper validation.

AND MAINlY :

i asked the installation guy to intstall the router in the hall. he installed it in the bedroom and left without checking the speed. i am getting very less speed due to that.

its really very bad experience, atleast expecting to waive off the installation charges.

      I have been following up with ACT and team for the past 1 month and its been utter chaos.

      1. Early 1st week of July 2020, I request for a name change and they agree to get it done. So I forward all the necessary documents.
      2. No reply for 2 weeks and I followup. I get a reply that it is not possible due to COVID 19 situations.
      3. I call them again and this time they promise to get it done since I was no longer interested in ACT if the name change is no complete.
      4. I wait for the entire month as ACT team promised the name to be updated in the next month (August 2020) cycle.
      5. To my surprise, I do not see the name updated.

      Its with great disappointment and Im truly ashamed to be a part of a company that cannot keep up to its words and takes customers for granted.

        I have applied for a new connection and I have paid for 3 months package Rs. 3160
        The sales person told to pay through online app and I did so, he told installation will be done in 3 or 4 days, after 4 days one team came and checked they told there is not box in your building another team has come after another 4 days one guy came, checked and left, after three days he is telling it’s not possible to install in your building and now it’s more 10 days, the sales person is not picking my call and customer care is also not working, you wasted too much my time it’s a big shame for you people with doing this kind of work.
        Please proceed to make my refund.

          I got my connection disconnected in the month of July and paid off every bill and such but I'm still receiving bills for another month. I specifically asked customer care and they said I won't be receiving bill from August as the service has been disconnected. Now i can't call customer care as it says that I'm not a registered user and they aren't even replying to my email.

            Hi h want to disconnect my act account please to provide a option, or else i will use today as day of disconnection if in future any legality is required as you guys are not having any easy option to get t you on this matter.

              My ACCOUNT No :[protected] existing customer since 2 years would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been requested for relocation on 25 July 2020 in the same Housing Colony (Domlur, ISRO quarters). The service request number is #SR[protected]. However, this is not solved till date and the request is still open. I have been calling customer care several times and getting same response that it will be given to engineer dept and will be solved in 2 days. But, once it is said that there is a problem in fibre/box at their end in our area and promised that there will be no bill for this month (as full month I am waiting for relocation). Now the bill is generated for this month. This is not fair with respect to billing and service. Shall I go for disconnection permanently?

                Unable to login

                When ever I try login to your application it says that user name and password is says to enter valid user name and password tried login by using registered contact number but your application says that my contact number is not registered.                   I have taken the internet connection with Speed of 100 MBs with plan A-Max 1075 (10+2)M.
                  I have been provided with 4 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download which is post FUP (Fair Usage Plan). After raising complaints my requests are canceled without attending. They don't let me cancel my connection. Please suggest how to go further with this continues to disconnect from work. I am planning to go to consumer court to complain about the issue facing to get it resolved.
                  Please let me know if this comes under the consumer court to raise a quick resolution.

                    I requested a new connection to the act fibernet more than a week ago and paid in full amount.
                    Still now there is no contact any of the engineers or the customer care who promised me a connection within a day or two.
                    It's highly disappointing and it is a huge loss for me as i am a freelancer and internet is my main source of income
                    Please resolve this issue soon.

                      I am facing very slow network speed from last four days. Even i unable to open google home page in less than 10 mts such a worst speed. I have raised multiple tickets but no resolution. Simply they are closing the tickets without providing solution. I have escalated to appellate authority but no solution. They simply raising and closing the tickets without providing solution.

                        I have raised complaint last week about installation delay. as of now my issue not resolved and they are giving false commitment to customer.

                        they have been marketing to make the payment to customer for broadband after done the payment they will not do the installation. I have tried muliple times to send email nodal officer and customer care as of there is no action taken

                          Raised a complaint with ACT broadband but it is not yet resolved. Called customer care helpline so many times but either they fail to provide a resolution or they behave rudely.

                            I took act fibernet connection on 12-apr-2020 by paying 6 months advance of rs.5146.58. From 3-june-2020, their service was unavailable and i tried reaching out to their customer care multiple times, but no proper response for more than a week and i requested for disconnection on 14-june-2020. Disconnection request was created and the respective poc closed the request without disconnecting my connection. I realized that the connection was still in active state even after 2 weeks and i requested for disconnection again on 27-june-2020 and it was disconnected after 3 days. I requested for refund and they refunded me only 3 month payment.

                            I used their service only till 2-june-2020 (Hardly 50 days). But they charged me for 3 months. I am unable to reach out to them from my mobile (Seems they blocked my number) and everytime i can contact them only from my friend's number and they either disconnect the call / put it on hold in the middle of the conversation. Till now, i am unable to receive my refund for 40 days o[censored]nused service.

                            My experience with act :
                            1. Worst service provider
                            2. Worst customer care
                            3. No proper system in place to connect with customer care and get our queries resolved
                            4. Not a transparent and loyal service
                            5. They loot my money and they dint refund it till date. No proper response too

                            Please don't go for act fibernet service

                              Hi,

                              I have been using act fibernet since 1 year. I recharged it last month for 6 months for 10, 000 rupees. I use to get 800 gb of data and 1.5 tb free. Customer care executive told that due to covid-19 situation they have stopped giving that option. They did this without intimation and it's not fair. Now i don't have any data left and they are asking me to use flexy byte+ which costs 100gb for 300 rupees and validation for 90 days only. They told this will continue for unknown days. I am not sure this is how they do business. They didn't even give me an alternative for the option they removed.

                                This is to inform that act fibernet is the fake isp network of india.

                                They claim to be the fastest isp, but it is the most irritating network of all time

                                The services of this fastest isp is far beyond expectations... (Negative)

                                The best dummy isp of india goes to act fibernet.

                                They never respond to complaints

                                If they respond it would be temporary

                                Again and again we should call them to fix the issues

                                We are tired of calling them and they never respond to e-mails.

                                There is no proper escalation matrix.

                                They dont follow the best pratices in support.

                                The wont care about customers

                                The best idea is to levy hefty fine for making fake claims to the customers.

                                For trusting this network we have to lose our work/business/time

                                There call center will always be in dnd mode

                                They never connect when there is an issue

                                If connected we have to spend lot of time for just reporting the issue.

                                We need to select the language each time we contact the support (Not sure when it will work for selection of language).

                                If you select to talk to the support people, you need to end up with disconnection after long wait...

                                Default message will be sent "restart your router" everytime...

                                Every month they contact us for making payments

                                They keep on sending messages to pay the amount

                                Every month it is usual to contact them more than couple of times

                                They make the call center centralized ivr system which hardly works (All the time it says the customer you are calling is not available)

                                They give whatsapp number (What about the people who dont use whatsapp).

                                Hope they think if customers are not using whatsapp they are not human beings. (Now most of the indian organizations are making this a habit, thanks to modiji...)

                                It is for the individuals choice to choose whatsapp are not.

                                I want hefty compensation from this isp as i have trusted for years and they have broken the trust by not considering the issues.

                                They never improve the customer experience...

                                It will be the same old story again and again they use to upgrade the network speeds (Who cares when there is frequent interruptions of services)

                                  I have applied for an act broad connection online in the month of may. Till paying the money act representative follows up every hour. After that act installation team did not respond properly & called customer care several times (Minimum 10 times). They also have not taken any action. I have been disappointed & informed to cancel the connection & applied for a refund. Since one and half months i am trying to get my refund & i have called the minimum 20 times to the customer care & each time taking 30 mins. For reaching. But no use.                                       I am rajashekar s, on 2nd may 2020 i had an issue with my bill. I have called customer care more than 20-30 times, but problem was not solved. As per act fibernet, if we don't pay the bill within 15 days, the connection will get disconnected. My account got disconnected. After a few days, the problem was solved, but another problem was started. They provided me only 15-17 days o[censored]sage, but they have charged me the whole month bill. As covid issue, we have work from home, i booked another connection in the same broadband company. It's working properly and i do not have any issues. After a few days, i received a call from act fibernet, they told me that, there are going to solve the issue and make a new bill as per my usage, but there were no changes made. Past one month i am receiving calls from act fibernet, in that few people forced me to pay the bill. On 28th july 2020, i received a call from act fibernet. The person who called told me that they are going to clear my bill without any charges, but i should use there broadband. I explained to them everything that i am using a new connection in the same company. They agreed. They told me to activate my old account, then they will receive a new bill of 200 rupees, i have to clear it and give a call back to customer care to disconnection. But they have added 200 rupees to the old bill.
                                      I want to pay the bill only for my fair usage. I request you to solve this problem. Please get me a solution.
