[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation issue and very very poor customer support | |||||
I had taken act fiber net connection on[protected]Account id:[protected]. That time it was promised that within a week the connection will be provided. But till now no connection has been provided. Regarding that, i have raised a complaint (#[protected]).. Wrote email to nodal officer and appellate authority, but till now no response. My official work is getting affected. If you are not able to make the connectivity refund the money. Don't give fake promises to the customer.. I could have gone with other services provider. My money has been locked now no option. Very very bad experience from act fibernet. Every time the customer care executive will provide some deadline and it will never be met. First time i see no response from a nodal officer and appellate authority for more then a week. Was this information helpful? | |||||
