ACT Fibernet — installation not completed even after 2 weeks | |||
Hello team, I am facing a problem due to the act fibernet team. I had pre-paid for the connection and applied for connection on 29th july and its been 7th aug today, i have got no response from act team as of now. I have to call again and again and the customer care representative had cut my call without asking me. I have been harassed mentally by the act team as i am losing business/clients because of their casual attitude towards my issue. I strongly believe that act should pay for the inconvinience they have created. Was this information helpful? | |||
