[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation not done after payment | |||||
I applied for new connection and paid amount on 18th feb 2020 and submitted all required documents. Act send a system generated form with account. After all this payment and documents, no one has came for installation till date (Today is 23rd feb 2020). I have already called act customer care many times and every time same answer sir we will finish this in next 24 hours. Called sale executive who took payment and collected document, he has not provide right information. Action should be taken against the act.
