I got new connection using your app on 3rd august. No one got back to me till 8th august. I called your nodal officer on the same day. He asked me to be in contact with one agent who did not reply for next 3 days. She collected all the documents on 11th but still did not process new connection till 14th august. She created account but gave me eta of 3 days for installation. I got back to you in 3 days. No one replied to message. Customer service calls are useless, no action taken after multiple complaints. I paid full amount 10, 555 for 6 months. Everyday there is new excuse and installation is not done yet. No one even communicated the delay. Nodal officer number is alway busy. After using my money for 1 whole month. No connection provision, no customer service calls, no reply to emails and no refund amount credited in my account. Pathetic service from act.
