I have made a payment on 13th of this month, Since then wasn't able to use the internet, it's been more than a week now, I've been calling the customer care they just come up with some lame excuses saying they gonna send a technician to take a look, but they won't, I've been requesting for a refund they say the concerned department will process but still no action has been taken against it, Please someone help me get my money back and I never gonna use this fibernet anymore pathetic customer service and worst fibernet that I have ever seen.
