WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER COME ACROSS
I have not been connected to Internet since past 2 days i.e from 7.10.14 evening onwards.
Despite repeated requests and calls made to Beam the issue has not been fixed.
Each time an executive comes on the line and falsely promises to restore the connection within an hour or send a technician to fix the problem but nothing has been done so far. It is disheartening to know that the executives are not even aware of basic information like password reset - which has been done incorrectly when I requested for one.
I even have the sms giving me credentials that are not even accepted in the portal.
I have made multiple calls and informed each executive that I am using Beam services for Work from home and am totally dependent on this connection as currently my secondary connection is not working but in VAIN. I had to lose a days pay just because the issue has not been fixed, thanks to the indifference and ignorance of the executives/technicians.
Request you to look into the matter ON PRIORITY as I am not willing to lose another days pay just because of ineffeciency of the ISP
Would also like you to provide me the contact number or call IMMEDIATELY to discuss the issue as the executives are not ready to let me talk to the Supervisors nor are the Supervisors ready to come on the call for resolution
If this continues I will have to look out for another service provider as there is a serious issue with BEAM - my neighbour who uses BEAM is connected even now
