This is the horrible customer service that i have ever seen. They simply say 24 hours to resolve the issue and when i kept following up they said, we will definitely fix the issue in 24 hrs. After the 24 hrs is completed, when i tried to follow up they simply said they don't have my request and they ask me to submit a new one again. I did not submit the new and called back again little later and this time the guy says he sees the request but there was error in the system when the request was submitted and it was not processed and he updated the request and some will attend it within 24 hours again. The new 24 hrs is also about to finish and still no one is taking the responsibility to resolve it. When i had asked them to connect to their manager, they say they cannot do it. So this is the horrible customer service that i had ever seen
The same thing happened to me few months back. I waited for 3 or 4 days and went with a different provider and they trying to repeat the same thing again
After 24 hrs of submission of the request they simply say they don't find the request and ask us to submit a new one. I think they may be deleting the request after 24hrs if its not fulfilled or they are just trying to misguide us. Was this information helpful? |
