Hi,
We have taken a new connection in November last week, and internet is working for 1 week since December 4 we are seeing connectivity issues. I have raised 4 complaints till date.
So it has been 2 hell of weeks I had to struggle with ACT customer care.
The first 2 complaints were closed saying loose connection. The third complaint was closed saying permission issue for box and took 4 days to resolve. I dont understand if you have permission issue why did you not resolved this with in first shot before giving connection and taking payment from us?
The third connection has been closed saying box replaced and connection working. But still connection is not working!!! Every day I am ending up calling your customer care and just getting a response saying we will resolve tomorrow.
You wasted my time and money.
When asked to cancel the connection and refund entire amount you are saying we cannot refund!! we will resolve?? I dont understand how long it takes to resolve.. And I dont understand that why you cannot refund the amount if the problem is created by you??? Was this information helpful? |
