I have applied for new connection and paid amount for 6 months in advance based on the commitment that i will get connection within a day. But proper installation guy didn't called even after 3 days. Two installation guys called me and said, "we are not covering that area. The right one will call you back". But no one calledme. On customer complaint (Ticket no:sr[protected]) no proper solution. So i asked for my full money refund. They didn't give any response for that as well.. Till getting registered for new connection, they are behind us and bugging like anything. But once got connection and paid money, they won't care on customer. My acct no[protected]
