It’s been 7 days since I have escalated to ACT due to Internet issue in my locality till now there is no response from the team. Each time I call the customer care they are making false promises / Avoiding our issue.
Ticket # SR[protected] was raised on Thursday and it was excepted to close on Friday with in 7 pm IST.
On last Friday I have called the customer care they told me it will be resolved by evening but it was not.
Again I called the customer care on Saturday morning they assured to fix the issue by afternoon 3 pm.. but no action taken when I followed up with the team they told it will take another 24 hours.
Now it’s been been 24 hours !!
I don’t know how to respond to this negligence.
I know due to outbreak of Corona Virus whole country is effected, In order avoid the infection/Social gathering we are working from Home !!
But due to your negligence we are unable to meet our client deadlines. Please do take responsibility/ Ownership for what your doing and fix the issue in our area or else will have to escalate this to higher authority.
