ACT Fibernet — internet connection not provided-payment done 6 days back

Hi,

We raised for a new connection 6 days back. The guy who was assigned to us for behind us till we made the payment. After the payment is done, connection is not provided. The contact person is not lifting the phone as well. Customer care seems to be not reachable since morning. We are helpless since the schools started already and we are struggling with the poor connection. If they had informed that they will be a delay, we would have opted for service provider atleast. Worse customer care. Please get the connection installed immediately, else return the money back
