[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet disconnectivity | |||
I have taken connection on[protected] and paid for 3 months. From that day i'm not getting internet from night 8 pm to 10am the next day morning because the cx box to which my router is connected is being switched off by the members of the house in which cx-box is being installed. The person who came for registration has already known this but still he made the installation in the same way though i asked for the details and asked him to install it in my house to avoid disconnection. I have called that person for so many times to change but inspite of resolving that issue he used to call the house owner and asked them to switch on. This has been continuing regularly so i have called to the customer care and raised the complaint they said it would be resolved in 24 hours but it has been 2 days no proper response. I'm still facing the same issue. The house in which cx is installed is next to my house they have only 1 switch for all their electronics and cx. But i cant always go and ask them to switch on at night. Times. My office timmigs are from 10am to 7pm and i need to attend meetings online.
