ACT Fibernet — Internet doesnt work and engineer always closes ticket without fixing it.

Every night at exactly 12.57 am my Internet disconnects automatically and it doesn't work till next afternoon.
And next day afternoon I get a call from ACT engineer and they close my ticket without resolving the issue as soon as they hear that the Internet is working now (afternoon)
Even when I explain them the problem they just don't care and disconnect the call...
This has been going on for two weeks now. Will someone fix this issue or not?
