[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet down from past 1 week | |||||
Hi I have been a Customer of ACT for past 3 years with no major issues. But after heavy rainfall, I lost internet connection more than a week back around May 20th. Following that day, I registered a complaint and was given a Ticket# [protected]. Since then, I got a couple of messages that it will be rectified. But its not. Kindly look into it.
