[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Internet down since 3 days

My act fibernet account number from hyderabad is 862566

Internet is not working since last 3 days and i'm not able to contact the customer care.
Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.

When i tried to chat with a live representative, he simply ends the chat without messaging. Very rude and disgusting service from act. It used to be the best service in the past, but not anymore.

Also submitted the complaint from their webpage but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening.

First of all, you need to improve your customer support number, as that number never works. You need to have a call queue system in place to respond to all the support calls.
