[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet is not working and no response from act

I have registered for a new ACT internet connection just 3 days back. The installation was done in no time but it is just 2 days and I have no internet connectivity. Have raised multiple complaints and called customer support many times. All they say is ticket will be addressed within the SLA. My ticket has crossed its mentioned SLA and there is no response yet. The root cause of the issue also has been identified by us and told but that is also not updated in the ticket and no response from the support team at all. Horrible ACT connectivity and support.

The sales guy coaxed us to pay for 12 months and we have done the payment as well. This is not how customers should be treated. If this is not resolved I will have to think what to do next on an escalation mode.

After calling up the Nodal officer we stated our complaint and the issue was escalated. I think the Nodal officer's follow up had made the ACT team act upon this issue. None of the calls that we did to customer support was considered or even valued. 5 tickets were raised on the system for one issue and then finally it is resolved now.
