I am a act fibernet client from almost 3 years, we renew every year for 75 mpbs and pay 16600. Now from more than a year act has changed it charges and charges only 12200 for 75 mbps and 13300 for 100 mbps and 15000 for 150 mbps but they continued to collect 16600 according to their old payment while giving me only 75 mbps from 2 years and worse they had the audacity to call and ask me to renew for the same price and did not even inform they cut prices for everyone and increased the speed.

Everyone please be very careful and check your plans. Act fibernet is a fraudulent company where they cheat and take money from old clients. Cheap and filled with frauds.

i spoke to your rentention team executive yadagiri who connected me to satish from billing who said the plans changed 3 years ago and accepted i was paying for the old plan meaning yearly i am paying 4600 additionally from 3 years meaning in 3 years i paid 13800 more and for what? a lower plan and a lower FUP. SCAMMING PEOPLE MUCH? Then satish from billing put me on hold without telling me and this is on the recording with me and hung up. CHEATERS. ACT FIBERNET IS ENJOYING CHEATING CLIENTS? SCAMMING PPL AND ASKING THEM TO PAY HIGHER TARIFFS AND THEN DISCONNECTING CALLS TO SAVE FACE? This will be a front page article in TOI and lets see how many old clients sue you SCAMMING THIEVES! I have proof of how much clients were paying 3 years ago in you scam and how much i payed. Will put all of it with proof in the newspaper!

They have been cheating old clients every year with higher tariffs and never updated about their new plans or downgrading packages and over charging. Check you packages, they have charged me 16600 every year from 3 years for 75 mbps and 250gb fup and my friend 12000 for the same package. 13800 RUPEES OF CHEATING IN 3 YEARS AND NOW PUT MY CALLS ON HOLD AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT SATISH IS OVER SMARTLY PLACIGN CALL ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE SCAM THEY DID. I have photos and screenshots of different clients on same plans with different tariffs and different FUP!

OLD CLIENT PLEASE DISCONNECT FROM THESE CHEATS, THEY ARE LOOTING YOU! ###

    Hi

    Recently 10 days back i have raised request for new connection.in order to that for checking feasibility i have followed up with customer four to five time they were said today or tomorrow execute will come and check. After 10 days that to i called and asked customer care execute to transfer this call to higher management, then he transfer to floor manager, after explaining everything then manager saying there is no feasibility. That to after more that 7 days.

    I am very much unsatisfying with response to customers.

      internet being charged but not upgraded

      I have been complaining to act for my internet connection which is for 100 mbps but working at 30 mbps. I've been complaining for the last 5 days they have acknowledged that the router needs to be changed but are not doing so. Their service has gone down very badly. They only listen to the complaint but do nothing. I have complained atleast 8 times in the last 5 days....

      This beam act internet services is very useless and worst no body response on my issue.

      Last week on thursday i take new connection act there took money and gone. I will followup they told given on saturday but net is not coming. I will followup so many times to customer care number but no response from there side. Totally customer care is very worst no body response i yesterday continuously but no luck. Atleast they not send username and password also

        late fee charged on purpose

        Made payment on time but late fee charged because act did not received it and amount debited from bank and when payment made again after ticket resolved then their is a late fee because it was after the due date. Now the bill shows a late fee which i wanted to discuss with the customer care but they never respond and the call waits for don't know what reason i have the screenshots of making call to customer care for many days

        I had subscribed for ACT Fibernet on may 12 and the salesman promised that the installation will be done the day after. He took the money for 3 months via cash but the installation has not yet taken place. When I contact him he says connection is not feasible so we refund will be given. But none of this has happened.He is not responsing my calls.This is the WORST customer care service team that I have seen till now. Their main intention is to cheat customers of their money.

          I am staying in masjid banda area of hyderbad city and using act corp for internet for past 3.5 years and was facing issues multiple times on internet connectivity. This time wifi network is not working for past 3 days and none is addressing. I have called multiple times to customer care, but the team is not picking up any calls.

          Act fibernet promises on their website if you pay for 6 or 12 months subscription upfront you get additional data apart from your FUP, but after making the payment it has been 2 months now and I don't see any data being credited, nor have they replied or responded to my emails or complaints.

            I have got my new act connection in coimbatore on 3-june 2018. I have opted for 6 months and paid my full cash. Connection itself took 3 days to setup and after that i have problem with my connection.

            I have contacted the customer care every time they say same answer your queries your complaint will be resolved today. I have logged the complaint on 7-june-2018.

            Still 3 days past, no proper response. Even i went to act office in coimbatore and they gave me engineer number but he never picks my call. I have really feed up with their service.

              Hi,
              My internet was not working from may 14th 2018, after continuous follow-up my problem was solved on may 22nd 2018. (Complaint no: [protected])
              Also act junction box (A device used to pass the internet and consumes electricity) is installed in my residence and it was placed on 19th may 2018 and i was told by act executives that i would be paid for the power consumption of there junction box and i was also told that charges would be waived off for the days where the service was disrupted, so total days of disrupted service was 14th - 22nd may 18 (Including the start date and end date) i. E 8 days.
              On june 1st i received my bill and it was not clear so i asked them to give me a detail bill and they did send me on 2nd june 18 (Pfa) but it was not what i expected.
              They had waived off only for 3 days and there is no mention for the power consumption charges for there junction box, so i immediately responded to reconsider the bill. Its been 10 days today and i still didn't get any reply from anybody.
              I resent the same mail again on june 6th 2018 but no response and i tweeted on there page in twitter on 8th june they asked me to give a missed call on certain number for bill clarification, they have my details i have sent a mail but they didn't contact me and they were expecting me to give missed call so i even did that but now they are giving me reasons that i was not reachable.
              They are just duping me by giving reasons and they also know may bill due date is on 15th june but still no response from them.
              The customer executives are rude and they give false statements boldly and they say it wont be fixed.
              The company (Act fibernet) has rendered deficient service by not providing the quality promised and not satisfying the customer needs.
              I am not going to wait any more as i don't see any progress in my complaint.

                It was recorded in your database that from[protected] to[protected] i have used 110gb of data. I don't think i use that much data in 10 days even i didn't download any such big files. To my knowledge, i have totally downloaded 13.64 gb in the above time limit. Later all my data i use is for normal internet browsings like facebook youtube and whatsapp. But my data usage is more than expected like 26gb a day or 12gb a day. I don't think i spend that much data a day. I think there is some mistake in your data usage calculation. I request you to please look into this problem as soon as possible. I also request you to let me know the process of discontinuing your internet services. I would definitely switch to other internet service providers if i don't get this issue solved properly. Even my post fup speeds are low it's about 100kbps but the promised speed post fup by your company is 512mbps.

                  I deeply regret to write an email about pain i have to go through for getting a refund from act. I have applied for an internet connection and paid amount 12, 400 rupees, being a loyal customer i did not hesitate twice to pay the amount. And then i have waited for over a month, since the installation is not done i asked for refund and i haven't received my money even after a month of follow ups. Customer service response is always the same that refund is pending for approval and it needs 10 more days which is extremely frustrating for me, by looking at the number of calls i am making to act every one around me in my office are pretty sure about not taking an act connection for their home.

                    Hopeless customer service from act. Its been 3 days my connection is down. Everytime we call them, they give new a reason and a new dead line for fixing the problem. They are a bunch of liars. I have been constantly facing multiple problems with my connection and subscription past 2 months but they just don't care about it. I made a mistake by paying for 6 months in advance as they promised that they would be applying 1months credit. They did not apply the credit and now say its not possible. So, for paying 6months in advance i neither got a free modem and router nor they gave me 1 month credit. Cheaters.

                      It’s almost 6-8 times i had complaint in a span of a month regarding there connectivity issues. Every time i try to contact them i keep getting the error as your services are deactivated and later a technical person on call will assist me to fix this issue. It’s too horrible customer service they provide and always give false promises and assurance that it will not be repeated henceforth. Please beware when you chose there services friends. I think it’s a way to make money disconnecting our services when the usage is in idle state i feel. So cheap services i should have not chosen there service and pity for it now. Customers are taken for granted.

                        Hi sir I have applied for ACT Fiber Broadband connection on 23rd May'18, as per there terms, they asked me take the 9 months plan for which they have offered me free installation and free wireless router, i agreed for there offer and they asked me to make the payment before connection then only they process he says, i agreed for there terms and i paid the amount 11210/- on 23rd May'18 for 9 months plan. on 25th one person came form Act fiber he was given me the wireless router and he pulled the cable in to my house and he went away after that no one was came to my place to activate the connection.

                        I use to call them almost every day to send some to activate my connection, after my complaints also non of them have came to my home to activate my connection.

                        Most important thing was they started my billing with out getting my connection activated, they don't have an courtesy to check with new customer whether the connection is activated or not, are there any issues. how come they can start billing that really irritating me, i feel that bcoz of my money is there with them so they can do any thing with costumer.
                        If the same any costumer was there in monthly payment mode and he crossed the due date in making the payment they used bar the services immediately without giving any chance to the costumer. why for them like this and why for new customer who paid in advance payment for 9 months how much service care they need to take.

                        Finally i placed request for them to cancel my services on 29th even through they did not feel any thing that they are loosing one new costumer. till today non of them have came to resolve the issue and also they did't closed my request for cancel the services its still pending till today.

                        I request you kindly look into this and also see them that they get penalized so that it will be a lesson for them.

                        After 10 days also i have not received any call from ACT Fiber team, i only called to customer care team today on 8th June'18 they says my disconnection request has been cancelled and they are asking me use the services.

                        I have requested them again to cancel connection and refund my amount back, they have raised new ticket again today and asking me to wait another more 10 to 15 days for refund process.

                        This type of services response which i got it today from ACT Fiber team. What i can do them now my money is there with them its almost 1 month without using the services.

                          Have been following up with them since last one month to deactivate my connection as i am was moving to gurgaon. Hundreds of follow-ups later the deactivation hasn't been done yet and i still receive calls about power supply not going to their box from my flat which i have already vacated. Regarding the refund, they said i can get the connection transferred but they don't have coverage in the area where i have moved. They just keep providing different ticket numbers but haven't provided any resolution to my refund request. I even suggested if i can transfer my data and validity to someone who is an act customer but they have no answers and simply arrange a call back which never comes actually. They say their refund policy is valid for first 30 days but they won't provide a refund to loyal customers who pay them 6 months at once and which they can't use because they don't have enough coverage in delhi ncr itself. This was my second 6-month renewal with them.

                            I have asked for new connection to my newly shifted house. Since i did not have Rental agreement for my new house as it was only 1st day. I have been told to make online transfer on money and give photo id. connection will be done in 2 days. Connection was not done. So asked same guy (who come to collect documents) for refund as connection was not done. He promised that refund will be done in a week. I waited for that much time. But did not see any response. So almost after 2 weeks called customer care and told the same. They said refund will be done in another 1 week. Now its been more than a month, i do not see any response from customer care. I sent mail to nodal officer also. But he is also not responding.

                              There is no internet connection in my place since 2 days.
                              None of the customer care numbers are available, alltime busy.
                              They don't even reply to emails.
                              Lodged a complaint twice on the Act app but no response. A neighbour of mine facing same problem actually went to the office and complained, still no response.

                              Knowing how important internet is, what kind of service is this?

                                Hi team,
                                We received notification from our society assosiation that act has not paid money to assosiation from last 7 month hence assosiation is bound to disconnect service from premises. We as act customer would like to continue act connection at home. Please look into this case and fix the issue as soon as possible.

                                    since last 2 days, I'm facing 'limited' symbol. Internet is not coming. Tried restarting the wifi, unplugging the LAN many times. I tried calling the customer care but, your customer care number [protected] is busy.

                                    I'm not able to submit a complaint through mobile. I don't know when you will see this and respond. I don't know when my problem will be resolved.

                                    Why do we need to pay for the days when we didn't get any service?
                                    What do you have to say for this inconvenience? Sorry?
