Hopeless customer service from act. Its been 3 days my connection is down. Everytime we call them, they give new a reason and a new dead line for fixing the problem. They are a bunch of liars. I have been constantly facing multiple problems with my connection and subscription past 2 months but they just don't care about it. I made a mistake by paying for 6 months in advance as they promised that they would be applying 1months credit. They did not apply the credit and now say its not possible. So, for paying 6months in advance i neither got a free modem and router nor they gave me 1 month credit. Cheaters.

    It’s almost 6-8 times i had complaint in a span of a month regarding there connectivity issues. Every time i try to contact them i keep getting the error as your services are deactivated and later a technical person on call will assist me to fix this issue. It’s too horrible customer service they provide and always give false promises and assurance that it will not be repeated henceforth. Please beware when you chose there services friends. I think it’s a way to make money disconnecting our services when the usage is in idle state i feel. So cheap services i should have not chosen there service and pity for it now. Customers are taken for granted.

      Hi sir I have applied for ACT Fiber Broadband connection on 23rd May'18, as per there terms, they asked me take the 9 months plan for which they have offered me free installation and free wireless router, i agreed for there offer and they asked me to make the payment before connection then only they process he says, i agreed for there terms and i paid the amount 11210/- on 23rd May'18 for 9 months plan. on 25th one person came form Act fiber he was given me the wireless router and he pulled the cable in to my house and he went away after that no one was came to my place to activate the connection.

      I use to call them almost every day to send some to activate my connection, after my complaints also non of them have came to my home to activate my connection.

      Most important thing was they started my billing with out getting my connection activated, they don't have an courtesy to check with new customer whether the connection is activated or not, are there any issues. how come they can start billing that really irritating me, i feel that bcoz of my money is there with them so they can do any thing with costumer.
      If the same any costumer was there in monthly payment mode and he crossed the due date in making the payment they used bar the services immediately without giving any chance to the costumer. why for them like this and why for new customer who paid in advance payment for 9 months how much service care they need to take.

      Finally i placed request for them to cancel my services on 29th even through they did not feel any thing that they are loosing one new costumer. till today non of them have came to resolve the issue and also they did't closed my request for cancel the services its still pending till today.

      I request you kindly look into this and also see them that they get penalized so that it will be a lesson for them.

      Dear Sir,

      After 10 days also i have not received any call from ACT Fiber team, i only called to customer care team today on 8th June'18 they says my disconnection request has been cancelled and they are asking me use the services.

      I have requested them again to cancel connection and refund my amount back, they have raised new ticket again today and asking me to wait another more 10 to 15 days for refund process.

      This type of services response which i got it today from ACT Fiber team. What i can do them now my money is there with them its almost 1 month without using the services.

        Have been following up with them since last one month to deactivate my connection as i am was moving to gurgaon. Hundreds of follow-ups later the deactivation hasn't been done yet and i still receive calls about power supply not going to their box from my flat which i have already vacated. Regarding the refund, they said i can get the connection transferred but they don't have coverage in the area where i have moved. They just keep providing different ticket numbers but haven't provided any resolution to my refund request. I even suggested if i can transfer my data and validity to someone who is an act customer but they have no answers and simply arrange a call back which never comes actually. They say their refund policy is valid for first 30 days but they won't provide a refund to loyal customers who pay them 6 months at once and which they can't use because they don't have enough coverage in delhi ncr itself. This was my second 6-month renewal with them.

          I have asked for new connection to my newly shifted house. Since i did not have Rental agreement for my new house as it was only 1st day. I have been told to make online transfer on money and give photo id. connection will be done in 2 days. Connection was not done. So asked same guy (who come to collect documents) for refund as connection was not done. He promised that refund will be done in a week. I waited for that much time. But did not see any response. So almost after 2 weeks called customer care and told the same. They said refund will be done in another 1 week. Now its been more than a month, i do not see any response from customer care. I sent mail to nodal officer also. But he is also not responding.

            There is no internet connection in my place since 2 days.
            None of the customer care numbers are available, alltime busy.
            They don't even reply to emails.
            Lodged a complaint twice on the Act app but no response. A neighbour of mine facing same problem actually went to the office and complained, still no response.

            Knowing how important internet is, what kind of service is this?

              We received notification from our society assosiation that act has not paid money to assosiation from last 7 month hence assosiation is bound to disconnect service from premises.                   since last 2 days, I'm facing 'limited' symbol. Internet is not coming. Tried restarting the wifi, unplugging the LAN many times. I tried calling the customer care but, your customer care number [protected] is busy.

                  I'm not able to submit a complaint through mobile. I don't know when you will see this and respond. I don't know when my problem will be resolved.

                  Why do we need to pay for the days when we didn't get any service?

I tried on customer care but it never gets connected saying customer is another call and gets disconnected. By luck if it gets connected, they will send the technician with half knowledge. He closes the ticket without any proper resolution. I have been the bill on time without any delays. I want the issue to be fixed and compensation for the reckless service.

                      too much downtime and no sla: no ups power backup in intermediate act network devices

                      However, act fibre has never installed ups for the intermediate network devices that connect to the core.

                      I took the act fibernet plan for internet for 6 months, the sales guy falsely promised me to provide free wifi before the connection. I fell into the trap and paid around rs 4350 amount on 04th may 18 in hyderabad. After the connection, i came to know they do not provide free wifi for 6 months or below plans. So i had a better option and opted for disconnection in just 2 days without using their service on 06th may 18. They disconnected my service immediately and after some discussion told me that i will get full amount refunded to my account in 10-15 days.
                      Since that day i have been following up and called customer care 20-25 times even talked to escalation team multiple times, everytime they say i will receive a call back from refund team in 24-48hours they never called. I am also told by customer care executive that refund team has been updating the status after talking to me. But they have never called me and have not processed the refund as yet. Everytime i call customer care i hear different stories and apologies for false commitments they have been making.
                      [protected] ticket was raised for the refund and suddenly one day they closed the ticket without informing and refunding the amount. I have asked to re-open it last week and now they are saying that refund is still in progress.

                      It has been about 1 month time and the refund is still in process. I do not understand why these guys are taking so much time to refund. I even emailed [protected]@actcorp.in several times but no response. The worst part is they are making false commitments and refund team is not communicating at all. Is there in whole act company who is ready to take responsibility. I will wait for 1 more week and then i will escalate this to consumer forum govt of india.

                        L requested for new connection on 16 th may with in half an hour one person came for payment and told i will get connection in 24 hrs and next day another person came to dropped a cable wire and mention that it will be activated by the end of the day and i will receive sms with username and password till 28th may my account was not activated i did call to customercare several times but no proper solution.
                        On 28th may afternoon one technician came and confirmed there is no space in the box to give a new connection. I requested to refund my money on 28 th may and send an email regarding this to them. On 30th i called them back and ask for refund then only i got the connection. They know there is no port for new connection but still just wasted my time and i lost my freelance job for not to deliver my project on time. Why they didn't told me before hand that they cant provide it so i can find other ways to finish my job. I do need penalty for the loss and also i don't want others to suffer like me, please take an action on this.

                          We have been trying to disconnect our act broadband service since mid of this month but not getting proper response.

                          1. When i called the first time, they told we will disconnect and any difference amount will be sent to you to pay. But they never disconnected nore did we get any kind of communication.

                          2. Called again to check the status, if disconnect or still active, they told its not disconnected as the bill needs to be cleared first.

                          3. Called after the amount was cleared, they said that you have paid for this month so wait till end of month to cancel the connection.in this case why did you ask to clear the bill instead you could have raised a request to cancel and provided us the final bill which i would have cleared. Now i simply have to have the connection till end of month regardless of me using it or no.

                          Do you have any intention of cancelling this connection? I have read all review about you guys and i feel that until i go to consumer court or raise a complaint with them i will not see any kind of action. Be sure i will need the amount to be refunded to me since the day i have been asking for cancellation/ disconnect. Below are the ticket number i have been raising for the same.

                          This is simply pathetic service. As not one person was able to communicate clearly on what will be done and when it will be done and why it was done this way.

                          When i have called/ raised ticket on app several times to disconnect the service, i dont see any action taken. All they do is call and give some reason and close out the ticket. I need this cancelled with immediate effect and any difference amount to be refunded to me as i do not wish to continue with the service provided.

                          Again i receive another bill asking to pay from mid of may and june. The bill is double this time for 15 days... Please can anyone take action on this and help me get this connection cancelled with this pathetic company.

                            issue not resolved yet. and I am not able submit any tickets via mobile app or the website.
                            it is close to two weeks now. you should actually stop looking and start working on fixing the issue. worst customer service, nothing apart from pre-scripted automated responses.
                            New connection raised and paid a amount of Rupees 7498 and it is almost 8 days but still not connected.And no initiative was taken from ACT.

                              Hi all,

                              I didnt receive any update that when it will be resolve? And who is going to visit place to fix the issue?
                              If you are not fixing this issue before 2pm today then i dont want act connection. You may cancel my connection and i will go with other isp vendors except act.

                              Fedup to calling customer care executive same 24 hour story telling by the executive. I cant see any updates.. Still the link is down

                              Please treat it as urgent and make the link operational on urgent basis otherwise i need to go with disconnection of my subscription

                                My name girish with the user id : 11471372 and the area cable junction box is on my building for your reference.

                                I made a complaint on 24th may 2018 for slow internet, but the cse closed the call stating due to bad weather the internet has been slow and will be normal after sometime without taking/providing compliant details.

                                I made a call from [protected] on 28th may 2018 with the same complaint and cse informed that the area has a cable issue and will be fixed within 24 hours and instructed to change the router which is not supporting of 75 mbps (Act person provided the router telling d-link 615 model will provide you up to 150 mbps while providing new connection) first ticket # [protected] information provided.

                                All the tickets have been closed without any resolution.
                                I have been calling from morning to the customer care to get a resolution to my complaint but every time the none of your trained cse has a resolution and gives all fake solutions and cooked up stories like

                                1. Due to bad weather internet has been slow,
                                2. Cable wire has been cut and same has been replaced. (By fact none of the technicians have visited as the junction box is on my building).
                                3. To unplug the wan and switch off the router and restart the device.
                                4. Software to be updated.

                                My request for the floor manager with ms. Ranjitha was denied and was informed that a call back will be done by mr. Savin kumar (Escalation team). So, i conclude that mr savin kumar is loaded with escalation complaints and could not find time to resolve my complaint because of very poor service, ideally, actfibernet needs more than 24-48 hours to resolve a complaint in spite of multiple follow-ups from the customer end in today's world of giga internet.

                                I was really happy with the services rendered by the act and would refer my people to change to act fibernet services. With today's experience, it's a big no to recommend act.

                                Customer service people who are irresponsible to give clarity vijay, ranjita, shreyas customer service agents, vinod and sajjal team leaders and savin kumar the floor manager. This people are just wasting time of customer.

                                Kindly value customers time and do not put on hold for a long time (I've been put on hold for more than 30 min to 40min and later disconnected by the customer care. Everytime i have made a call to customer care number and all calls are recorded.)

                                  I have been using act fibernet from last 1 year. Every month i have to face connection disruption issue in my area. I live in rachenahalli near srirampura main road. I have been raising compliant every week regarding the same. Act calims to solve the problem in hrs but it take more that 48 hrs for them to resolve, internet starts working for couple of days but again the same issue.
                                  I run a micro business which is backed by act internet.
                                  Due to such connection problem i have to use internet from other internet providers which is causing loss to my business.
                                  I will show all the ticket number raised by me this month.

                                  These the complaints for same issue. I request act fibernet team to resolve this problem permanently or else i have to go to consumer court.

                                    My user id[protected] twitter messages, no reply. Now i'm on fb, next reviews, next consumer forum and so on. I requested disconnection of your stupid services, 6 months i had peace but you people could not leave me alone.

                                    You approach my family when i was out of station and get them to take your services without my consent. Who the # you people think you are, return my money and cancel this service you #ing frauds. I want to disconnect permanently and the money you took returned and after this if anyone from act approaches my family i will sue act for everything you got.

                                      I have been told by act that i have uploaded 2 gb of data in a single day and that to from 12 am to 4 am and again 8 am - 12pm but the time mentioned there was no one at my place and the elders were sleeping. There is some fraud being done by them. I am getting my connection disconnected as despite of repeatedly asking where the data has been used i get a vague reply that they dont know but it has been used by us.
