I am not having internet since 3 days. Called customer care center many times and always received poor service. Everytime they are giving false promises that issue will be resolved, everytime postponing estimated resolution.
They are not sending technician to fix the fault.
Upon that, they have raised request to disconnect my service without asking or taking my permission. I have called and closed the disconnection order. Again they have reopened it without asking.
It's impacting my work as I work from home. I am losing alot of money and it's impacting my health. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, ACT FIBRENET WILL BE RESPONSIBLE Was this information helpful? |
