I am from Madurai. ACT account number is[protected]. Here every month one or two times the internet was not working. Frequently I complained again and again to ACT customer care. They just send one ticket number only. But it takes a long time to resolve the problems. I think they don't have proper business requirements and sufficient knowledgeable technical engineers. All times they very slowly as well as doing their laziness work only. Whenever I face the issue, they are taking full one day for resolving. But whenever I was called them, they were answering my calls "one hour to solve, within evening to solve, within night to solve, within the early morning will solve and within afternoon will solve and again repeating same answers".
