[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet is not working

Hi All, My name is Murali V, I live in Hoysala Nagar and I am writing to you after having spoken to the customer care, emailed help desk It’s been 3 weeks now since my Internet connection is not working properly. I lodged a complaint with Act 2 times and I was assured my Internet issue would be fixed by 6:30 pm on June 11th June. Compliant number # [protected] and [protected] and everyday trying to reach customer care and inform on current issues if get an opportunity as most of the time unable to reach even customer care also. My Internet is not working from 28th May 2015 but still that issue is not fixed.
