My neighbour disconnected his service on Aug 16 2022 due to shifting. So I had agreed to place the junction box in my premises. Nd today is 28 Aug 2022, still there is no solution.. I've been calling there customer care daily atleast 3 times and they are saying it'll be resolved today (for the past 13 days) and their service persons are the worst in the world. Not even picking up the call for answering..only the complaint ticket which I raised gets postponed to the next daily.
