[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet is not working from past 1 week | |||
Act fiber internet is not working from last 1 week, eventhough ticket raised for the issue, no one is bothered after calling 10 times to customer support team, they are saying it will be resolved next day, but crossed the resolution time 4 days back and today closed the ticket mentioning issue resolved. I again reopened and said issue is there, please tell your field officer to come and inspect the issue near the internet box, where cables are cut. Was this information helpful? | |||
