ACT Fibernet — Internet is not working from past 10 days

My internet is not working from past 10 days . My profession depends on internet and without internet I am jobless . I have made numerous call to Customer Support and still there is no response . The bill for the this month is already generated by ACT . They have not fixed the internet problem . I took this to twitter by posting about the issue on the ACT twitter page . Still no response . I hope posting on Indian consumer complaint forum will help .
