ACT Fibernet — internet is not working from past 18 days... | |||
Sir, i am shibin, residing in ejipura, bangalore. ' Want to make a complaint against act fibernet internert providers. That, i have taken a three months complete internet plan from them and i access the connection only three or five days maximum, after that network is gone. I made a complaint on their act customer care. But they said that, the junction box is not giving the power. So i wait for three days. Again i reached on customer care and they said like they cant do anything have to wait for two or three months. Now i am running for my repayment, for that i try to reach on customer care from past four days, but no body is piking the call. Sir, i am really disappoint with act fibernet... I have raised a relocation request in 5th March. Today is 9th and still no one has contacted me.. every time I call customer care they promise that executive will contact me.. still no action.
