I have contacted the act broadband customer care[protected] and informed that internet is not working from October 11th 2015 at 1:33 pm. Representative filed a complaint and informed me to allow 24 hrs to resolve the issue. As it was Sunday and I will get only one day leave to perform all my online transactions and was actually trying to book a ticket for journey at the time of disruption. I have requested them to expedite and I have called next day morning saying the same issue and they gave that same 24 hrs time frame. After two days that is 14-10-15, I have again contacted and informed the same issue and also told them to disconnect my net and credit the amount as no one contacted but received a message saying that the issue is resolved. But the broadband was not working. After 1 day I received the call saying that they are going to remove the box in my apartment due to some issues with house owner and will credit the amount. At least I was some what relieved to receive the call to know the reason and asked about the credit. They have informed that I will receive a call in short time and I have not received the call for another 2 days and no updates. I have contacted them again for 5 times and even asked the supervisor number to inform this. They have informed that same 24 hrs...After 10 days I have received a message saying that my complaint has been closed...Still now I did not receive a call about this delay in service...From the start of month onward I will receive many calls and messages to let me remember the payment...PLEASE CHANGE YOUR QUOTE "RELIABLE SERVICE'...STOP INSTALLING THE BOARDS ALL OVER HYDERABAD INSTEAD PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE TO STAY IN MARKET..i HAD PAID THE MONEY BUT WAITED FOR 10 DAYS TO GET THE BROADBAND TO WORK..
