[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet not working | |
Ticket number is SR[protected]. I am living in vizag city and its been more than 60 hrs my internet is not working.I have applied 3 days leave because of this internet problem and still the issue is not resolved.During connection ACT representative said if you have any problem just complain it will be resolved maximum within 24 hrs and maximum there will be no issues at all and the service is very fast .For that thing only I have payed for the new internet connection for my work from home .There is no point of contact for the line enginner also then how will this issue will be resolved.I mailed, I called Still no HELP from ACT Fibernet Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After giving complaint on the consumer complaints they resolved it very fast and I got my Internet Up and Running .I also received the message that the raised ticket has been closed .
