The customer service of ACT is worst and poor. I have raised a complaint yesterday stating “Internet not working” and the resolution has not yet been provided. This has severely affected my deadlines as I am working from home. I am now planning to disconnect my ACT connection and change it to a different subscriber. Literally disappointed and fed up raising complaints every now and then.
