ACT Fibernet — Internet not working

I have raised a request for internet not working with the TICKET# SR[protected]. For which, none of Broad band technician respond back in a proper way. I am still facing the internet issue.

If this keep continue from ACT. sorry to say, I have to disconnect the ACT service and need to take AIRTEL OR other services
