ACT Fibernet — Internet not working

Internet was not working from Sep 2nd, have raised SR[protected] .After multiple calls and mails to Nodal officer got information like the below
Dear Customer,

Greetings from ACT Fibernet!

With the reference to your email, we would like to confirm that as part of our network completeness, we will need to have a junction box with a live power supply at the last leg of the network.

In your case, the customer at whose premises we had set up this junction box has apparently vacated and the power supply is switched off.

Our team is trying to find an alternate location to place this box and we are yet to get positive confirmation from other customers. In case you have a situation to extend the permission to set up the junction box, please do revert to this mail and our team will take we forward.

We regret that till such time the power supply to the junction box is not restored, internet services cannot be reinstated.

We look forward to a resolution at the earliest for this, and appreciate your patience in this regard.

Ticket has been closed without my consent saying like as we know the issue we have closed .Have raised another ticket SR[protected] when called again to ask for the update they raised another ticket instead o[censored]pdating the status SR[protected].Really not understanding why so many tickets just to meet your MTTR ?no update yet on the status, no support or technician contacted till now ..
