My customer I'd is[protected].
My Internet is not working for more than 3 days .. And till now nobody has contacted me to update the status on what's happening.
Everyday they are extending the timeline that it will be completed by 9pm.. 3 days 9pms gone.. Nothing happened.
I tried calling multiple times to customer care and then I came to know that there is some cable fault.. And they are saying that there are only limited resources and they are busy in closing the other customer complaints and its time consuming it seems.. WTH.. Then who I am .. ?
I have been a customer since 2019 .. I didn't expect this type of customer service .. I am into 6+1 months plan .. So already paid till February.. Otherwise I would have disconnected the connection..
Why you guys don't have the basic courtesy to inform a customer on what's happening with the issue ..
.. When you have planned to complete this issue.. My job was only depend on internet bcoz I am a freelancer.. Already losing my timeline and its affecting my job efficiency.. Hope u understand ..
If at all u complete this issue I dont want to be billed for the days I disconnected the service..
Expecting a solid ETA and response.
