[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet not working for a month now

[protected] with customer ID have not been having internet connection for a month now. Numerous complaints have been lodged with the customer service and ticket nos are closed arbitrarily without rectification. I don't know how to escalate the issue and get a refund .
