[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet not working for more than a week | |||
Act is very worst in service. Every month they will distrupt the service. This november, close to 10 days i was not having internet. If so, why should i pay them. I can't blame the customer service it's their job to keep the customer at confidence. Both nodal and appellate team are worst. Even after informing them they are not ready to serve with high priority. Act has a common language when they are any issues ' it will be done by today'. They will close the ticket with out resolving the problem. I guess act will know the customer pain only when other providers push him down. They don't even respond back. Worst to go. Planning to disconnect the service and jump to some other providers Was this information helpful? | |||
