I am using beam internet connection. It is not working form 18th Aug 2014. I have registered complaint on 20th morning as 19th is holiday. When i spoke to customer care executive, he told that problem is resolved within 24 hours. But there is no response even after 3days. Whenever i call to customer care, they are saying problem will be resolved but no technician came to house to solve it.
Even i requested them to arrange a call with their supervisors. They are saying supervisors are busy and cannot speak to me now. I called them 6times to speak to supervisor. Every time they are giving same answer. If they don't have time to speak with customers, what kind of service they are providing. When i register the complaint, they promised problem will be solved in 24 hours. Even after 4days, i am getting same answer that it will be solved in next 24 hours.
Because of this i lost so many working hours and had some economic loss.
If they cannot solve the problem, they should give reasonable time. They shouldn't give false promises to the customer and cheat them.
