My ACT fibernet stopped working around 9/Nov/15. I was not able to launch complaint through phone until 11/Nov/15. Most of the time it is failed to reach their customer care number[protected].
I called them repeatedly and asking for update. Everytime the update that I am getting is that it will be resolved within the end of the day today and it is almost 10 days and still it is in the same pathetic situation and not even get a feeling of when it will be rectified. We haven't receive any more information from the customer care and in helpless situation since my work depends on the internet.
