Hi,
I am act customer with account #:[protected].
I raised a complaint (Sr[protected]) on act on 12th september regarding my internet failure and they mentioned to fix the issue in 24 hours.
Even though its more than 48 ours they didn't fixed and the technician not even called.
As we are working from home we need to apply for loss of pay.
Despite speaking to customer care people some 15 times they didn't addressed our issue and we lost one day salary.
