[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet not working more than 5 days

I am using ACT Broadband and having issues since 24 Nov evening. Raised complaint in Act application, called customer support numbers, sent email. Still i get an irritating auto reply and the same with Customer support. They have default answers that switch is down and technician will get back to us.

After long fixed the issue on 2-12-20 10 pm
Issue present in fiber cable join from back of act switch. I don't know way this guys tekan that much time to fix.
