I have been using ACT FiberNet from past couple of years. From past 3months my internet not working properly after 6PM and I have to attend client meetings after 6PM so it's causing lot of trouble.
I have been reporting the issue from ACT app and Twitter as well but no proper resolution provided till now.
I thought of changing the provider but I have paid amount for 6months so I'm struck with it for next couple of months.
Whenever I raise a ACT support ticket, the team is terrible they are not fixing the issue and saying some silly reasons and closing the ticket. Was this information helpful? |
