I have net issue from 22/02/2022 afternoon 12.30 pm. I raised a complaint and a ticket was opened (SR[protected]). And even called the customer care spoke to them, but none responded. Yesterday i, e 23/02/2022 I called the Act customer care around 11.00 am and asked them to fix the issue as I'm working from home and have to bare loss of pay as I cannot login without internet. They informed we would take on priority and raised a ticket(SR[protected]) and close it asap. In the evening I called twice around 6.00 and 6.30 pm, even then they said the same thing that we would soon close the issue. And after an hour, I received text messages to mobile stating, your tickets are closed.
They closed the complaints without fixing the internet.
And today, until now none of them responded, due to which I couldn't login and had loss of pay for 2 days. Now should I bare the loss of pay because of your truly irresponsible and negligence.
I think Act is not a reliable broadband, and we can't depend on it especially while doing work from home.
Its the 3rd day since I had this issue, but none of them gave me a call and asked about the issue.
Worst ever service, fed up with this gesture. its better to go for an alternate rather than depending on u guys.
