Every week internet connection has a problem which takes at least more then 48 hours to resolve after complaining... When complained customer care executives don't take up responsibility blaming on technical team.. When questioned them saying it's hampering our works.. (They say no where in there website it's mentioned that it's for work from home.. But it's solely for entertainment purpose... I checked website with bold letter advertisement they have mentioned fastest network for work from home... If so do they a special category of Internet to work from home.. With respect to - g kumar customer care service executive who had enlightened us this thoughtful terms and conditions )
