ACT Fibernet — Internet port not working properly

As i bought the internet ACT Fiber net before a week ..while we are use the internet is not working properly bcoz of back side TP link router LAN PORT properly INSERTED(LOOSE Connection) in the LAN PORT ...i was tired so many times but its not working LAN Port and i didn't work efficiantly. kindly check and give the solution to me. and i have mentioned my Router details of..
