ACT Fibernet — internet service not available for over week and no one responding for complaint | |||
Been a user of act fibernet since many years. I hold 2 connections I have been facing multiple connectivity since over a week. 17th july 2019 - i raised a ticker for internet is not working. The reason given was "there have been multiple fiber cuts in your area which caused this issue". This ticket was finally closed on in around 3 days. After that internet worked for a day and stopped working again which was resolved in around 2 days and my ticket got closed. For every one in my apartment, internet is working but its not working for us in my home. We tried connecting cable directly to laptop also. No one came to our house to solve the issue. I reopened the ticket multiple times, but they kept closing the issue saying issue is resolved. But internet was not working for me. No one came ever or called to find status of our net at my home. After many long conversation and multiple follow ups also no solution and no proper response. I am forced to think of alternate options and change service provider and also file consumer complaint.
