[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet service not restored

ACT fibernet. please let me know the status of my router. Do you have any update on tickets [protected] and [protected] ? Raised the ticket on Monday. No promises yet on when we will get the router back. Escalated the matter yesterday, but no action yet. Technician assigned to the ticket is not responding to my calls. Customer care says they will give a call back, but I never get a call back at all.
False promises all around. Please do not take customers for granted.

Updated by bhaveshvora hello, how can you close the tickets as resolved when the issue still persists. Where is my router? I haven't received the router yet.. Ticket closed means you are not replacing my router?

Updated by bhaveshvora No router yet. Nodal team is looking into the problem but not informing what the actual problem is.. Not sure why it is taking so long for the Nodal team to address the customer issue.
