1. During the month of october and early november 2018, i had frequent breakdown of the internet connection. I was told that one of the houses at which a router was placed did not have an inverter and frequent power shut downs meant the router was failing. I offered to have the router placed in my house. No action was taken by the concerned officials.
2. I was leaving on 13th nov 2018 for a two month stay in the us and made repeated requests for keeping my account in suspended mode till my return. No acknowledgement of my requests was ever received by me.
3. On 14th jan 2019, a few days before my return, i paid an amount of rs 2500/- and requested for activation of my account. I had to make repeated calls on 17th jan after my return to india to get the activation done.
4. Between 17th jan and 31st jan, i had connectivity for only 3 days. Repeated calls/ mails did not produce any results.
5. On 31st jan i requested for disconnection and refund of the amount of rs 2500/- paid by me since i had had next to no connectivity from 17th to 31st and was totally frustrated. Only after follow up did i get a response on 10th feb, that my account had been disconnected.
6. Again after much follow up, i received a refund of rs 1050 on 15th feb as against my demand for full refund.
7.in between i have been harassed with calls asking me to make a payment. I don't know what payment i am supposed to make when i am demanding a refund.
I need the balance of rs 1450 refunded to me and calls asking for payment and harassing me to stop. Was this information helpful? |
