[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet services | |||||
We installed beam internet services on 26/09/2016 and till date(13/10/2016) we have faced the connectivity issue for 4 times and everytime beam takes 48/72 hours for solving the issue.And the point is this is happening every now and then, Inspite of our regular mails to [protected]@ACT Fibrenet, issue still Persist.And when we visited the nearest branch of ACT, employees advice us to cancel the connection instead of solving the issue.
