ACT Fibernet — Internet Speed Down From 10 Mbps to 1 Mbps

Hi Beam, 20 Oct 2015 to still ( 28 Oct 2015), I Facing the Problem of Speed of Beam Internet Connection, I taken the plan 10Mbps now the speed of internet down to 1Mbps i checked Speedtest, . I Tried to reach CC everytime its busy or directly disconnects the call while connecting and i sent mail no response, Beam is Number one in india but service is poor try to resolve your service issues reach the customers fastly.
