[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet upgrade | |||
I've received a call from Act Fibernet customer support executive on 2nd August stating that my existing plan be upgraded from 25 Mbps 250 GB plan to 50 Mbps 500 GB plan. I use 6 months package so my next payment due is on 2nd October. He informed that upgraded package is Rs 60/- higher than existing one for 6 months. So for August and September he advised me to pay Rs 20/- from Act App and I've paid it and call was cut from their end while I'm online with them. I've called support twice regarding this issue and there was no resolution from their end and they informed me to wait until next payment date to use upgraded package.
