[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Issue not resolved for 5 days and tickets closed

I have been using Beam telecom Broadband for past 3 years and it was fine until last 3 months. From last 3 months I have frequent disconnection and downtime. I have given some complaints and no technician has come to us and bothered to find the issue. After sometime it get fixed.
I have even complained to Appleate authority and nodal officer but every one at Beam is the same.
For the past 5 days I do not have internet connectivity. I have called several times to the customer care but I got very poor response from the customer care. I registered the following tickets:
14017744 – This was never addressed but closed – Regd on 22/9/2014, closed on 23/9/2014
14036267 – This was never addressed but closed – Regd on 24/9/2014, closed on 24/9/2014
14045512 – This was never addressed – Regd on 24/9/2014
14048862 – This was never addressed – Regd on 25/9/2014
Till now no technician has come to rectify or no one called from Beam telecom about the problem. I even requested for disconnection and refund my money but the only answer I get from customer care is they need few hours of time. For the past 4 days it is the same story going on and I have been totally ignored.
I paid for the service upfront in the month of June until December.
I am requesting you to take necessary action at the earliest.
I am thinking either Beam telecom doesn’t need customers or doesn’t care customers?
If Beam can’t provide service I am fine to go to another service provider but this needs to be disconnected and paid my money back.
