    I stay in SR Lay out, Murgesh Palya, Bangalore -17 & have Paid for ACT Fibernet connection for 20 Mbps on Sept 07th 2014.
    I was promised by the sales executive(Mr Shafeeulla) that within 2 days i would have my connection.
    It's more than a week now & no connection at all.
    The sales executive was very rude & every day a technician would call me up & say that they are coming in 10 mins & they never turn up.
    The sales executive (Mr Shafeeulla) would not lift the call after the amount is paid he will just drop you a message saying i am busy.
    I am now looking for options to change.
    When i told the technician that i may cancel - he was quick to respond, please go ahead & cancel.
    Rude 03rd class behaviour by the sales person & the technician as if they are doing a favor for me.
    I have taken 6 months connection without knowing this fact.
    Please do not go for it...

      Hi My Name is Aneel and i have applied for leased line connection for my office at Sahikpet and my account no is 781095 and i have gaved a cheque to one of your executive Mohd Saddath and he promised an activation within 6 days and i gaved the cheque on 30-Aug-2014 and it has been 15 days still my connection is not active and i called customer care and lodged a complaint but still it is no use they just laid cable and went out by saying a technical guy will come and provide connection but no body is taking any responsibility, I tried to reach your sales executive Kiran also but he is not responding properly. The service is total useless and the team is also very irresponsibnle and useless fellows please activate my connection or return my amount i will take the leased line connection from another provider.

        I have applied for new connection on 10th September 2014, sales executive is commited me to provide the connection
        within 48 hours and collected the cheque and document I have opted for B-Max 999 plan for 6 months, Beam engineers came to my place on 11th September around 7PM and done the cabling, after that I received call from Beam customer care for activation, but wiring seems to be incorrect and connection is not able to establish, from then I called BEAM customer care on 12th September in Morning around 10 AM and on the same day evening around 07:30 PM and on 13th September at around 04:30 PM, but none of them has turned at my place, Please register my complaint against them as they are not providing the timely service and giving fake commitments.

          I applied for a new broadband connection and the sales executive called me twice that he is coming to establish the connection but did not come. After 2 days when I call they said that they will not provide me connection as there is no near by beam connection to my place whereas people near my place are using Beam fiber. Request you to resolve this issue.

              Ref : Ticket No : 13793662 on 08-Sep-2014 and Ticket No : 13825725 on 10-Sep-2014 This is prashanth Theegala, Ac/no: 656585, resident of mallikarjuna nagar, uppal, pin:500039. contact number : [protected] I would like to let you know that I am having connectivity issue from 08-sep-2014 and two tickets were raised for this issue ( Ticket No : 13793662 on 08-Sep-2014 and Ticket No : 13825725 on 10-Sep-2014). But none of your technician turned up to me. This is the third time having this kind of issue in a span of one month. I suspect there is some fault with one of the pin/slot in the router from where my LAN connection was given. And your technicians are not bothered to change the router. I did follow up with you guys many times but no use. I lost the trust in Beam service. So now even if you fix it in a day or two, I don't believe that I would get uninterrupted service. So finally please close my account as soon as possible. I cleared all the dues till august and I also received the bill for the month of September but any ways as you are not providing any services for this month so I guess i need not to pay any bill for this month.

                Hi, , I have opted the new connection on 12th August 2014 (Cheque and documents given) and did not get the connection till 23rd August 2014. Then I went to new provider and got the connection and raised the close request on the same day. I have raised a refund request for my amount on 27th August 2014. Whenever I call Beam Customer Care they are saying that their executive will call me back on the same. It was happened repeatedly for 6 to 7 times. For these follow ups and without connection, I lost lot of time and lost the work from home option for 15 days. Could you please suggest me how to get my refund ASAP.

                  The sales executive was just so prompt in collecting the money on the day he came to our house to fill my application, but ACT is not so prompt in getting the connection activated. The sales executive said the connection will be activated in 6 days, and then after the 6th day, the customer service officer said they needed 4 more days. And it's been over 10 working days, the connection is not activated yet. So far 4 complaints have been raised to no avail. Each day a new complaint request is filed and each day the customer service officers promise that I will get a call back on that day or the next day, and that day never comes. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND IT SEEMS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE OUR MONEY...                     Dear sir Registered phone number for the connection we have taken last month for ACT broadband is [protected] in Mandaveli Chennai. I have limited connectivity issue for the last three days and fault diagnosis says unable to connect to the DNS server. Since this connection is less than a month old I tried talking to sales men M/s. Vijayakumar and Prem and the answers I have been getting is as reckless as it can be. After saturday customer service will start only from monday 10AM onward and so if the connectivity goes on sturday you will have to stay with the problem till monday afternoon. I have not seen or heard such irresponsible customer service network. I have already got BSNL broad band connection for the last 5 years and I can tell you their service is far far superior. It is sad that nobody has bothered to give responsible answers forget solving the problem. I spoke to M/s Rinto and Vinu Thomas in customer care today morning and their answer is also not different and from staurday 5.00PmM till now Monday 15.00PM nobody has come to solve the problem. Reliablity of network connection care for customer is at the rock bottom with ACT. Can somebody intervene and solve this issue. Failing which I will be forced to take it to the approprita government authority like consumer complaint redressal forum. We took ACT connection since you offer high speed broad band connection but with don't care customer attitude of your company executives and very poor customer service this becomes meaningless. Please have a complete of your customer support team and also solve problem at the earliest. Failing which I will be forced to take it up to the appropriate forum (government forums and your competition who will gain mileage out of this indifferent attitude of your company executives to customer.                         Hi I Had opened a complaint with Act broad band call center team for connectivity issue, they said an engineer will visit my property in 24 hours as they could not resolve it over the phone. like wise the engineer called me in the morning and said that he has fixed the issue for me (without even knowing what the issue was, and he did not even visit my property) i checked and called him again and informed that it is not working. He promised that he will visit my property soon and resolve the issue, i waited till the evening but nobody visited, however i received a message stating that the ticket has been closed as the issue is resolved.                             as i have requested for new connection on 15th of this month auguest and 16th person came and taken all documents and money

                            17th person came and given wiring but i saw upto 20th the connection not up so i requested for cancellation

                              In all the years I've lived, I do not recall one bad experience with a service I've chosen for myself and my family aside ACT Fibernet.

                              I encountered an issue with ACT's Fibernet service on the 21st of august and hence dialled the Customer Care number. I was told by the executive that he would send a technician the next day (22nd). The technician, Mr. Hafiz called me up and told me that he would arrive at my place in 5 minutes and didn't show up the whole day (Didn't answer any of my calls). And the next day, I had to call up the customer care again and they promised me that the issue would be resolved the next day (23rd). They fooled me again. The same continued for days. Called them, day in and day out, I would get the same response 'Very sorry to hear that, Sir. This time surely he will come and resolve the issue.' The part I like about their customer service is that ask us 'IS THEIR ANYTHING ELSE I COULD ASSIST YOU WITH?', despite being clearly impotent to solve the primary issue.
                              On the 26th, I tried to call up Mr. Hafiz (ACT's Field technician) from a different number to check the update and he SWORE at me in the local language. Called up ACT's Customer care again and spoke to NOT ONE, NOT TWO.. BUT three team leaders (Manjunath, Madhu, and Vishwanath), one after the other (They make the word 'ridiculous' seem nice). No one took any action against the profanity used by ACT technician, not even an apology. And about the issue, I was told by the team leader, Mr. Manjunath, that he would call me back in 20 minutes which he didn't for 3 days. The other team leader, Mr. Vishwanath promised again that by 28th before 1 PM the issue would be resolve and not suprisingly, ACT did it again.
                              It is now well over 7 days that the FUTILE TEAM of ACT has not been able to resolve the broadband issue at my place and I have given up calling them, having already made over 14 calls to the Customer Care in the course of over 7 days, speaking to them for a total of over 90 minutes).

                              Absolutely shocked at the ineffectiveness. And I'm hoping over hope that no customer gets treated the way I was treated.

                                I am a graphic Designer and I have paid money with shutterstock.com for the purchase of license images but ACT broadband prevents me from doing that too. I repeatedly called them and complained but I have received no feedback until now and yes I do download from the torrent sites but HOW CAN YOU BAN ALL DOWNLOADS and plus they charge me Rs2240 rupees monthly and say I can download 100GB. Nor am I terrorist nor am I distributing my content with any other sites yet you penalize me for no fault of mine. As of now it pauses all downloads by 99% and doesn't allow full download!

                                It looks like putting our troubles in consumer complaint seem to have solved the problem they have taken all restrictions off my downloads. I dont know if they will put it back on just to take out the anger but whoever who took care of the problem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

                                  Hi, I am using beam internet connection. It is not working form 18th Aug 2014. I have registered complaint on 20th morning as 19th is holiday. When i spoke to customer care executive, he told that problem is resolved within 24 hours. But there is no response even after 3days. Whenever i call to customer care, they are saying problem will be resolved but no technician came to house to solve it. Even i requested them to arrange a call with their supervisors. They are saying supervisors are busy and cannot speak to me now. I called them 6times to speak to supervisor. Every time they are giving same answer. If they don't have time to speak with customers, what kind of service they are providing. When i register the complaint, they promised problem will be solved in 24 hours. Even after 4days, i am getting same answer that it will be solved in next 24 hours. Because of this i lost so many working hours and had some economic loss. If they cannot solve the problem, they should give reasonable time. They shouldn't give false promises to the customer and cheat them. my registered mobile number : [protected]

                                    I have facing problems with my beam Internet connection since 10th August, 2014. I have continuously complaining the same to customer care and they have been closing the tickets without any actual resolution. I have not received a single call from the concerned persons. I have raised 5 tickets with beam customer care in this period and 4 of them are closed without even any intimation and no resolution provided. The existing open Service beam ticket no. is 13528157 which is opened on 18th August and no concerned technician has even called or visited to rectify the issue. I have been calling the customer care thrice a day and every time they say It will take 24 hours to rectify the issue. I am definitely fed with Beam fiber and if this issue is not going to resolve by end of today, I would switch the service provider and also take necessary legal action on Beam fiber.                                       Power discount waiver is not resolved Since : 3Months. I dont know how & where to start about the Relish Awesome Delay Done by Beam Since :3Months ive been calling customer care since :3months about : 20Tickets raised regards to Power discount. No resolution provided : but tickets closed on time.{ Reply : No response from the customer hence ticket closed } where i spoke to {+INFINITY} Customer care executives : they always convey : FCCkin 24Hr's.Sound irritating to me. just tell me, How is that possible without customer notice who asked you to close the ticket .if im not responding then call again.Human created : 24Hrs in World clock if you work for 8Hours cant you call me atleast :5Times/ Trust me i dont see it any where Monthly :200( Balance for :5Months) Shame on your part and your accounts Team. Why is should be on hold to speak to supervisor for LOng : 30Mionutes to get connected, . is he flirting with the customer .Or do you really have that many compalints where taking such long time. To Proceed with. Comn, I will request god to See this BEAM to be Closed ASAP.

                                        Beam, So i don't to from where to start, but let me get straight. Since 3Long months i been calling customer care to provide my Power discount waiver which i supposed to receive for last :5Months. Every month : 200Rs.But since 5Months calling customer care to know my status has already gave me Suprise of : 1000Rs of Mobile balance deduction in my Fckin Post-paid Bill.Every time i call customer care they always say : We got your request we will be providing resolution within 24Hrs.where can any one believe total : 15Tickets raised all are closed but still problem is in process.Where all tickets are closed saying No response from customer Hence tickets closed. How a person can be without mobile phone for long 3Months yaar. shame on beam, Where there was account dept executive called me and they said, { SIR WE ALREADY SENDED TO BACKEND TEAM WE WILL PROCESS IT SOON }RESPONDED AFTER 2MONTHS.But till date process is going onn & onn.
